... E con l'arrivo dell'autunno ecco che si affacciano le piante e i fiori di stagione...
Trovo che i fiori e le piante sia da esterno che da interno, arredino molto e donino armonia agli ambienti ì.
Ho preparato questa composizione di Erica da interno in questa ciotola in vetro con dei sassi rosso Verona che decorano e rifiniscono il tutto.
Poi per l'esterno dell'Erica perenne con della Lavanda che insieme si abbinano molto bene sia nelle varie gradazioni di verde, sia per le loro qualità di piante rustiche.
Infine un tocco di colore con delle Viole scelte di proposito gialle per farle spiccare un po' nelle grigie giornate d'inverno. :-)
... And with the arrival of Autumn here they are some plants and flowers of this season...
I think flowers and plants both for indoor and outdoor, are really good means of decorating location and they give harmony to the surrounding.
I prepared this composition by using an indoor Erica in this glass bowl with some Verona red stones that define everything together.
The for outdoor some different nuances of perpetual Erica together with Lavander that combines very good to each other both for the different shades of green and for their feature of rural plants.
Finally a colour touch with some Violas properly choosen in yellow colour in order to give some colour to grey winter days. :-)

Anche se le vacanze sembrano ormai solo un lontano ricordo, eccovi alcuni scorci suggestivi della Val Rendena, in provincia di Trento.

even if holidays seems to be already a far memory, here as follows some suggestive views of the Rendena Valley, located in the Trento district.
Inoltre, alcune immagini relative alla "Sagra del Canedarlo", tipico piatto trentino, che si è tenuta presso Vigo Rendena.
Oltre ad aver avuto modo di assaggiare il piatto tipico del posto, abbiamo potuto apprezzare gli allestimenti nelle varie corti del paese con le rievocazioni dei vecchi mestieri, strumenti e usanze.
There are also some pictures of the "Canedarlo Festival", typical dish of this area, that was held at Vigo Rendena. We had the opportunity of tasting this typical dish and appreciating the several installations at the various court of this town, on which were commemorated old jobs, tools and traditions.

Oggi vi mostro uno dei ricami che più mi piace e che ho deciso di confezionare come cuscino copri-cesta della stanza da bagno padronale.
Come potete ben vedere ci sono tante sfumature di marrone e grigio ed è proprio questo che rende così speciale il risultato!:-)
Lo sguardo di questo bel micio mi piace molto, forse perchè adoro i gatti e credo di averne sempre avuti.
Mi piace il loro temperamento, la loro autonomia e anche il loro modo di essere coccoloni al momento del bisogno...! ;-)

Today I would like to show you one of my favorite Cross Stitch embroidery. I decided to make it up as pillow cover of the basket of the master bathroom.
As you can note, there are many brown and grey nuances and this is the reason that gives such special result...!
I like this cat sight very much, maybe because I love them and I think I have always had cats.
I like their temperament, their independence and also their way of being cudly when they are in situation of need...! ;-)

Mi chiamo Marta, vivo in un paesino della Brianza, sono sposata e ho 3 figli.
Ho deciso di aprire questo blog per condividere le mie passioni con altre persone e avere l'opportunità di metterle a confronto con gli altri.
Fin da bambina ho iniziato a lavorare a uncinetto, insegnatomi da una carissima zia, e a maglia grazie alle mie speciali mamma e nonna.

Mi piace curare e cambiare i complementi d'arredo di casa e arricchirla anche con delle semplici composizioni ed accessori che la personalizzino sempre più e la rendano accogliente.
Al mio arredamento mi piace affiancare oggettistica, anche d'epoca, che trovo presso mercatini di ogni tipo o oggetti ai quali cerco di dare nuova vita.
Negli ultimi tempi ho avuto modo di conoscere attraverso blog, siti Web e riviste di settore, lo stile Country, lo stile Shabby Chic e Provenzale che mi affascinano molto e che cerco di abbinare al mio stile con un tocco di originalità.

My name is Marta, I'm living in a little town of the Brianza area, I'm married and I have got three children.
I decided to open this blog as I would like to share my main hobbies and compare them with other people.
Since when I was a child, I learnt crochet that a beloved aunt of mine teached me. Then I also started knitting thanks to my precious mum and grandmother.
Afterwards through a classmate of mine, I become fond of stitching, more specifically of Cross Stitch, that I learnt by myself and that I followed for many years, expecially when I was pregnant.
For some years I have shelved this hobby and currently I'm mostly following creative sewing and similar activities.
I like changing my home furnishing even with simple accessories that let it becomes always more personalized and welcoming.
To my home furnishing I try to match objects, even older, that I also find at street and antiques market and I try to give them a new life.
Recently I knew the Country Style, the Shabby Style and the Provence Style through blogs, Web sites and specialized magazines. They fascinate me a lot and I try to combine them to my current style with originality and charme.
